Location near the Santa Barbara Bowl

The only chair in the room to sit was a swivel desk chair.. electric oven range was stored on the back patio.

"Staying in Santa Barbara"

Location ok . On bus route to town. Private courtyard good.

Fridge didn't work- when asked guy at reception -he didn't care said "we don't want to be bothered with old fridges anyway". Our food went off. No cold water. Tv didn't work. Safe didn't work- nice reception girl fixed it . Noisy- sounded like a demolition crew working up above us on second floor at 11pm. reception guy spoke to the guests- fixed for awhile noisy again at about 12.30 am and again 7.30am till 8.30am . Base of bed had sheet of tin at floor level which tended to make a lot of noise when kicked or if jumping on bed.

"The rooms are well cleaned and the bedding is completely changed Daily. New sheets new doonas each time"
