Clean and close to downtown

Close to Sofi Stadium and there was an elevator for the 2nd & 3 rd floors

The bathrooms were nice. Obviously had been redone recently. In general the rooms were nice, although not worth the price we paid for UCSB Commencement weekend. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The mattresses were crap. General maintenance and up keep are lacking. Example, old cable tv cables hanging off the outside wall. Cob webs all around common areas. Pool area needed paint and seating area with counter was worn and dirty.

Hotel was easy check in and close to Summit Surgery as why I stayed in the area. The bathroom must have been updated because the sink, shower and toilet were updated.

Larger parking stalls, could not open my car door as the cars were parked too close. The TV service provider (WIFI) was the worse. They has streaming of Pluto which continued to go out. No channels to choose from. The bed frame was a metal box which made a loud bang noise each time you stepped towards the bed. Very outdated room

The price you have to pay which is extorsion basically, is not more than a basic motel. The door was filthy on the inside, looked like it belonged to the door of oil change station, I couldnt even touch it. The sheets were 100 years old. The room was clean looking, but what a rip off.

Location was fine

Floor not clean, staff came in even when do not disturb sign on the door, there was no dresser for clothes, no refrigerator and very poor water pressure in the shower.

Perfectly fine for a one night stopover on our trip. Facilities and room reflected the price we paid. Ten minute drive to beachfront and main restaurant area - not much around the hotel itself.
