Orange Tree Inn

We took a chance on this motel due to its reasonable price and location in central Santa Barbara. Other motels cost more and were further away. Our chance almost paid off. The location is great, we walked to the pier and back after a long day of driving and got dinner on the way. The unit was clean but could be a lot more comfortable with a couple of changes.

As others have mentioned, the metal bed base is incredibly annoying. Any small movement on the bed makes a horrible noise. And the pillows were terrible. The exterior wall soundproofing seemed ok (windows double glazed) but the internal walls are paper thin, we could hear what the next unit were watching on tv. The shower pressure was terrible, possibly the weakest shower pressure I have ever experienced, it was like a dribble.

Hotel datato stile motel dei film americani. Camera al secondo piano senza ascensore,molto spartana. Un po' fuori dalla cittadina. costo molto alto.

Staff extremely pleasant and helpful Pool water was very clean and not heavily chlorinated Pool was open 12 hours a day! Very refreshing to come back to in the evening!

Pool deck furniture had lots of cobwebs, so could have been wiped down regularly. Some pool corners cracked and crumbling - probably a safety concern.

free parking. good location off 101. nice size room with two beds. large bathroom

it was a basic room but the room had mold odor.

Gostei do hotel, bem localizado, estacionamento grátis e amplo. Apesar de antigo, está reformado. Pela manhã me ofereceram gratuitamente café (bebida) no checkout

Por volta das 6:30 um caminhão parou no estacionamento para recolher o lixo, acabou fazendo um pouco de excesso de barulho

Camere poco arieggiate e buie, aria condizionata ok ma non pulitissimo il filtro

Location and price. Spacious room and comfortable beds.

Wish pool was resurfaced and tables around pool area were clean.
