"Pueden mejorar"

El recibimiento, para atendernos pudo pasar como 40min porque había fila y solo una persona atendiendo y cuando nos tocó nos hicieron esperar porque la habitación no estaba lista (ya eran las 5pm y en teoría la habitación debía estar lista desde las 3pm)

Hay que ponerle techo porque lloviendo para ir a cenar desde los cuartos uno tiene que andar con paraguas o sino mojarte sino tienes paraguas

"El hotel bien , la comida regular pocas opciones y algo descuidado."

La piscina de agua salada para el disfrute de los niños es de lo mejor.

La habitación el aire acondicionado no servía y el baño tenía una fuga , lo reporte y no lo arreglaron.
