Sus piscinas y toboganes.

Siento que las habitaciones no estaban limpias, no servía bien los desagües de los baños. Además creo que la calidad de la comida no es la mejor.

L hotel est dans un cadre verdoyant en bord de plage.Il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un all inclusive et passer un bon séjour.La nourriture est bonne et il y a du choix.

Les chambres sont propres mais vétustes et ont besoin d etre contrôlées pour effectuer les petites réparations.Le matériel de la salle de sport n est pas entretenu ce qui est dommage

El brazalete electrónico para abrir las puertas, se podía quitar y colocar nuevamente, siendo más cómodo que los molestos cintillos de papel.

- Las instalaciones estaban descuidadas . - El buffet si bien tenía variedad, algunos alimentos estaban simples y no fue en una comida sino en varias. - A nuestra llegada fuimos abordados por el personal del club Arenas, insistían en que se hicieran recorrido con ellos para conocer las instalaciones y tener descuentos en futuras visitas. Al igual que al salir del desayuno, estaban afuera esperando captar clientes, fue muy molesto. - Dos piscinas para tantas personas, estaban abarrotadas en ocasiones.

La atención del personal de los comedores.

La primera imagen de la playa privada es publicidad engañosa, no forma parte del hotel y no puedes utilizarla. Si reservas una habitación tipo suite estás en una habitación en un edificio alejado del complejo, junto a la playa privada que no puedes usar. La nuestra estaba sucia, sin cojines ni detalles como en la foto, sin muebles en la terraza. La primera noche unos ruidos de generadores fuertísimos desde las 12 hasta casi la 1, parecía que se iba a caer el edificio y no hay nadie en recepción que te explique lo que pasa (sonó la alarma la gente pensando que era un incendio), finalmente porque encontramos a alguien de mantenimiento y porque nos dijo que eso pasaba por un corte de luz. De los peores buffets que he visto nunca, muchas islas pero hasta 6 veces en cada una el mismo plato por lo que no hay mucho donde elegir, y si sobra pollo asado en la cena que hay para comer al mediodía? Pollo asado. Hay mejores opciones en la zona

no me funcionó el youtube en la tv de la habitación me habría gustado más opciones de postres
