Beautiful hotel! All the staff were very helpful and kind. Facilities (pool, gym) were great and the restaurant had a great breakfast buffet and reasonably priced. Location is also perfect.

Great place to stay, the only thing is the breakfast could be better, no bacon, no decent jams or vedgemite for toast, most food is cold. They get alot of chinese tourist in groups, so breakfast can be busy, hard to get coffee or tea due to lack of staff. Overall I would recomend

We stayed in the family room which was a great size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff were so friendly and the pool/bar area is a really enjoyable spot to lap up the sun. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Bali

We booked three rooms for our two-night stay. The rooms were not ready when we arrived (3pm local time). When we were given the key to our rooms, it was not cleaned — the floor still sticky and dusty. One of the rooms did not have shower head and we couldn’t close the sink tap in the other room. Hotel plays music in the corridor throughout the night, which could be heard louder in the room. Staff said they would turn it off but didn’t so we didn’t sleep much at all. We were given some drinking water in one room but not the other two. The beddings were very itchy to sleep in.

We were upgraded to the new part of hotel and just beautiful. Thank goodness as we had one night in the old part and it was dreadful but they are renovating the old. Beautiful hotel

WiFi wasn't great but ok , Staff were great and customer service guy Tom made himself known if we needed anything . He organised 2pm checkout which was great with a 6pm flight.

did not like our room being made up while we were down stairs having breakfast at 8 am . Staff could have waited until we returned so we could have closed our cases,put away our dirty underclothes,put our money and personal papers away, and cleaned up the bathroom of our medical needs without them doing it for us.Very rude and an invasion of our privacy .not impressed.

The place looks great. The new suite rooms look nice but the walls/ceilings are thin so you get disturbed regularly and the new beds are like sleeping on the floor they’re that firm! Left there after 6 days feeling tired and disappointed.
