The room was good and the view outside was fine. The bathroom was updated.

It was dirty under the bed. The common spaces were in need of cleaning and updating, including the elevator.

Great experience. Great customer service. Convenient. Will book again.

Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are very clean, and trees screened the window for privacy. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels but I did pretty well here. For context, we didn't attend the free breakfast. Convenient location near the freeway. I could hear some noise from other guests, but not much (no TVs or running around), despite there being a lot of large groups (judging by the pool and hallway).

The furniture and room show wear and tear, but that's to be expected after a certain point. Everything worked and was stocked well. There was a hair dryer in the room, AC, blackout curtains, mini fridge, and a coffee making station.

We had a nice stay. Everything was as expected.

I chose this hotel because it had hot tub, vicinity to airport, and included airport shuttle. The price was more than double hotels like motel 6 so it should have been mid level service cleanliness etc. It was not. It was old, had maintenance issues like flashing light bulbs, mold in bathroom repeatedly painted over, overflowing trash cans, every table at breakfast was dirty before breakfast was served from the night before and never cleaned. Room was dirty, tub didnt hold water. So its the same as motel 6 quality and should be priced that way. But rhe main problem was a complete failure to provide the airport shuttle, which resulted in waiting for hours at the airport, so no time for hot tub, and cost me an Uber ride. I explained to the manager where the booking system , phone system, and the receptionist who hung up on me numerous times and was unable and un willing to make the pick up happen. She was very rude and blamed me . Then she called my room several times to argue about it and hung up. I had to unplug the room phone to get sleep. I only asked the manager to cover the Uber and he refused. I told him that I would seek full refund. And I easily received it for failure to provide services.

Place clearly under new management that runs hotels like a section 8 project. People literally out front smoking weed as guests come in. The bed is on stilts so watch your toes. I wouldn't dare eat in the breakfast area. Absolutely nasty

I appreciate that the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Chicago O’Hare Airport. They offered complimentary breakfast. There’s a pool and hot tub along with an exercise room.

My room wasn’t very clean. I found a couple dead bugs on the floor. The floors were sticky (felt as if they haven’t been mopped or swept in a while). There was no toilet paper holder. I just had to keep the toilet paper on the counter near the toilet. There were worn marks on the shower, along the baseboards, sink area, etc. Overall the room looked like it needed a renovation. The hot tub wasn’t very warm. The pool seemed warmer than the hot tub.
