Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chicago O'Hare South, IL

The hotel is in desperate need of an update to both the building and staff. The walls are paper thin, could hear people all night long. The inside of the room was "remodeled". The remodel in my opinion was just new floor and bedspread. There was a issues in the bathroom ceiling, all of the furniture had holes in them, and the air-conditioning did not cool the whole room. I won't go into the service. Just know that it is lacking in the most basic ways possible. The shuttle was a hot mess in the morning going to the airport. Coming home I called the front desk about making a reservation to pick us up and was told i did not need one. Day of pick up i call and i need one. Make up ur mind , do i need one or not. The shuttle coming back was better. The driver was great.

I followed the instructions for pick up at the airport. I approached the side door of the van. I was close enough to touch the van. The driver just drove off and left me there! I had to wait another hour. After a long international flight with many delays, I had been traveling a day and a half so it was frustrating to have to wait another hour. Also, as a female traveling solo, I was looking forward to returning to my car in day light as the upper parking lot at the hotel is not well lit. An hour later, it was dark. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The property itself was good. Free shuttle to/from the airport. Good room for the time we were there.

The staff was awful. Rude and unprofessional. I tried calling prior to arrival as we were arriving late at night. First call was answered and was told I needed to schedule the shuttle asked me to hold a moment to being hung up on. I called back to no answer multiple times. I tried from a different phone for my call to be answered. When I have them my information again the lady on the phone turned extremely rude and once answered both questions hung up on me again. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE

Two big beds, comfortable and clean.

The keycard to our room did not work and we had to have it reset every single time we wanted to use it. Then, the lift broke down on us and we got stuck inside. The fire department had to rescue us...

The price and the hot tub were the best parts about this place.

The floors everywhere and the rooms were very dirty and had lots of broken things like the toilet roll holders.

Property was easy to get to.

No complaints.

Great hotel, very professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. I would recommend this hotel to appreciates great service ☺️
