El personal

Esta muy dejado el mantenimiento del hotel. Da muy mala imagen. Tanto en zonas comunes como la propia habitación. Malos materiales y ya muy cascados. Las fotos engañan. La gente reserva las hamacas desde antes de las 7:00 am y se complica conseguir hamaca. Colas inmensas para el restaurante buffet (tambien toca madrugar y cenar a primera hora). Para no repetir. Una pena, porque el personal todo maravilloso. Todos muy amables.

El trato del personal, las tres piscinas , algo que se agradece , dada la cantidad de gente, tumbonas de sobra. La habitación bastante amplia con nevera y microondas.

Los colchones muy malos , la habitación algo sucia.

El trato de los camareros , el buffet y las animaciones en la piscina.

El agua de todas las piscinas en general estaba demasiado fría ( vendría bien que las climatizaran, por lo menos una para que los niños no salgan temblando del agua ), y el check Quin me parece un poco exagerado esperar hasta las 15:00 de la tarde para que te den la habitación.
