El trato de los camareros , el buffet y las animaciones en la piscina.

El agua de todas las piscinas en general estaba demasiado fría ( vendría bien que las climatizaran, por lo menos una para que los niños no salgan temblando del agua ), y el check Quin me parece un poco exagerado esperar hasta las 15:00 de la tarde para que te den la habitación.

Nada.

Nefasto. Hotel plagado de cucarachas y sin solución por parte del alojamiento porque dicen que el problema es inherente al entorno.

En general esta todo bien algunas cosas que mejorar Piscina buenas condiciones. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Restaurante principal bien estructurado . Bar piscina muy amplio y surtido. Personal en general atentos y serviciales.

Para mi lo peor y aconsejo a que lo quiten ...los cócteles de máquina. Son malísimos!!! El sofá cama no es cómodo.

El trato de los empleados,toda la animación para los niños ,estaba súper bien todo el rato los tenían entretenidos. Empezamos desde los recepcionista,camareros restaurante ,camareras de piso que ole su trabajo el más forzado y poco valorado,los socorristas,los de animación.Comida,smacks,todo genial.

Lo único y no es malo ya que es tema de reparación el tobogán estaba cerrado este finde y lo abren el martes pero de resto nada.
