I can tell it USED to be a beautiful place. It’s so sad how run down and awful it was

Hotel is very run down. You could enter room without keycard even when deadbolt was locked and needed to be fixed. “Breakfast”

Quiet, clean, great staff

The breakfast “buffet”was almost empty when we went to eat an hour before it was supposed to be done. No coffee made and no butter for toast. Juice machine out of order and container of orange juice in fridge almost empty. Attendants seemed more interested in what was on the tv than refilling anything. Would not have paid that much for a room if I knew ahead of time we would also have to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Staff was friendly and accomadating. I understand that this hotel is in the process of a renovation, but the choices for food in the morning was dissapointing. I had instant apple cinnamon oatmeal. It was the best option, imo. coffee wasn't even hot, lol. I had 1 cup and was thankful that I had a comfortable bed to sleep on and a safe environment, which is what every traveler wants. Parking lot ha a few elephant graves and needs fixed.

If it weren't for the friendly front desk, clean bathroom and semi-comfy bed there is NO WAY we would have stayed here. The hotel is literally falling apart, pool was closed, water leaking from the ceiling in the conference center, sketchy elevator, breakfast was frozen burritos and the exterior literally looks like this place should be condemned.

Exterior looked like an abandoned building with weeds, chipped paint all around. Broken glass on entry door; no security chain/lock on room door; toilet whistled and needed repair. However, front desk woman was very kind and efficient.

A little noisy but otherwise OK.

For the price we paid, I expected better care of the property. Staff was nice and helpful but property and room needed some repairs. No light bulb in one lamp, flooring ripped. No bathroom exhaust fan.
