Ramada by Wyndham Albert Lea

Room was dirty. Property in need of a serious update and cleaning. Breakfast was terrible and very limited.

Once an elegant property this hotel has deteriorated over the years. However it is still functional and decent for a night.

Lots of food areas nearby.

I would not stay here again

Mold and/or mildew in bathroom. Dated appearance does not give the true vibe of the property. Breakfast was non existent. Pool was out of order and only reason this hotel was booked over others. Staff billed CC 2 times upon arrival along with Expedia for a total of 3 times billed, staff advised they could not assist to take up the problem with Expedia. Never again stay here!!!!

This property is beyond awful. The grounds are dirty and potholes in the parking lot weeds everywhere filthy dirty. The refrigerator in our room was full of old food. The staff was in attentive and inadequate. The breakfast room was dirty. The breakfast was worse than anything I’ve ever experienced. We have complained to the Wyndham company about this property. It needs to be closed permanently closed.

The room was clean. It met all my needs.

The property and rooms are run down but the staff on property was 5 out of 5 stars wonderful.

arrived to hotel guest in lobby raving about her room being robbed. Police all there, no one at font desk and guests all waiting to check in. No one at front desk multiple times, room not clean and ready at 7PM. 3 room changes required to accommodate our reservation. Door did not lock, had to call for repairs, then cards didn't work. Morning breakfast has no hot food and nothing to accommodate someone with Celiac disease. Loud guests with a barking dog carrying on from 2:30am to 6am and no action by hotel staff, despite being only a 100 feet or so up the hallway. Hands down my worst hotel experience ever.
