Comfort Suites Odessa near University

We had an issue with our booking through Expedia. I got charged, we had a confirmation number and the hotel did not find the booking. No problem. However, when I called the hotel to get more information the manager was extremely unnecessarily RUDE. I have never experienced this kind of disrespect, even more coming from the MANAGER. As he was talking to me on the phone, he was giving orders to employees, kept cutting me off and completely uninterested. I was only asking for information, and he kept telling me "I don't know what else you want me to tell you", but sadly he was not giving me ANY information. Extremely upset about this situation. I manage a company, and we are continuously booking hotel stays, this experience was so upsetting I will boycott this hotel permanently. Worst service and experience, EVER.

Bedding not clean with hair and dirt in sheets. Musty smell in room. Back door exit to hotel did not lock, so was open to anyone.

Need to have someone clean up the cigarette butts were all around the building in the property looked disgusting

Horrible experience. Dirty and moldy room, falling apart, noisy, very humid inside the room. AC not working properly. TV not working properly. Terrible condition, will be staying here anymore.

Pretty good all around. Comfy bed, hot water, good wifi, safe. I was a little disappointed about the pool (closed but no one knows why) and the weight/fitness room has no AC so gets hot and stuffy.

When you need something, the front desk person isn’t there and when you talked with them about it, they never called you back about what you requested it
