La cama estaba cómoda y la señora de enfrente fue amable

No servía el elevador y tuvimos qué estar subiendo las escaleras por dos dias En la cama habia pelos y eso fue muy desagradable En la pared habia unas gotas que parecían sangre y un moco pegado

The upmost professionalism and descreet place ive ever stayed at. They were helpful and professional. On the spot no.questions asked theybwere there

Place was clean however it was noisy - rooms with loud tvs on both sides and people on top floor running around and making noise until well after midnight. I was also charged double for a hand towel that had a minor-light makeup stain on it. Asked for the supposed picture of damaged towel that I was charged twice for and the towel had a small insignificant makeup stain. I would never recommend nor will I ever use this chain again for work purposes when traveling to Odessa.

Had a great time the rooms were clean and comfy! My only complaint is that the vending machine on our floor didn’t work

I didn't know paying cash or going through a third party was such an issue when your event gets cancelled and you need to leave a day early you don't get reimbursed. Sad sad bad business

The breakfast was great

Front desk service was scrappy, the two guys on day shift need customer service training

Our room was a complete nightmare. Toilet and shower were filthy. Smelled like puke. I tried to cancel the rooms but management would not approve. The receptionist was nice enough to get us another room after. This room was better however the hotel is run down. I would not recommend staying here
