Hot water didn't work in hot tub, sheets were dirty, place was okay. Most of the plugs didn't work also.

"Lies and awful customer service"

Checked in for 11 nights stayed 7. Gave front desk multiple days notice we would be checking out early was told it didn’t matter we were being. Barged for full 11 days. Called customer service center 3 times to try to resolve the issue. All three times the “customer service professionals” hung up on me. Following day my husband received a call from the manager saying we needed to switch rooms due to a water leak. At this time my husband took up the room issue with him. We were promised a refund for the 4 days. We are now home and have spoken again to Xavier the manager who tried to give us points not a refund and said he needed to speak to the owner. Still no refunded just amazingly awful customer service. We will NEVER stay at any Choice brand hotel. And will tell everyone we know not to and why.
