"Wonderful Surprise Near Siena!"

Our first time booking on Hotels.com and we trusted this location for our long awaited trip to Italy. We were impressed by the description and photos on the website and took a chance. WE LOVED THIS PLACE! The drive was really not so bad, conveniently located between Rome and Tuscany. We stayed 2 nights and wish we had stayed longer. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were quaint, clean and very comfortable. The Restaurant was wonderful for dinner and the breakfast was far more than we expected with plentiful options.The terrace and pool were a wonderful surprise of a gorgeous Tuscan view. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that would ask. Regina & Alden Lucido

"What a location"

What a stunning location with some of best views of the region. The hotel itself was amazing and very helpful staff. The dinner was on the veranda overlooking the stunning views watching the sun go down over the hills. The food was again amazing and great selection of vino. Overall can't fault the hotel and the fact it was the summer residence of pope Alexandra VII.

"Spectacular Setting"

The very best hotel we stayed at in italy!! And we stayed at some special hotels. We would go back tomorrow if possible. You need 3nights here. Service excellent

"Leonine Discovery."

It's very simple. Next time I go to Tuscany this is the place I'll go to. The views are spectacular. The pool is a little far from the hotel according to some but for me it is perfect. I've seen other places, other resorts but there is so much peace here that I don't want to anywhere else.
