Stayed here several times. Hotel always clean and staff always friendly.

Dirty. No vending options. Breakfast was good

Woke up at 7am to a construction worker outside of our second story window on scaffolding. The place sounded like a circus from 7am until checkout. They could have at least given us a heads up.

The property is under construction. It is in need of a renovation. It’s dated in terms of decor. The room I was in was pedestrian in character. The shade on the desk was broken. There is no food service and the staff was not prepared to recommend a place to eat. An expensive place to stay given the current state of the property. Can’t figure out how anyone could give it a rating of 9! More like a 5.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to help with a third party booking issue.

Great, kind, welcoming staff. Appreciate a continental breakfast with hot and cold options. Really great location.

Undergoing renovations which is understandable. Within our room (222) the tub was very slippery as the skidproof layer was gone. Tv didn't work well - the screen turned pink several times and the menu would not respond at times. This made transitions to "getting ready" with kids a little more work. Fortunately, the renovation wasn't really a bother

The hotel is a little run down and dark, with a musty smell. They are undergoing a renovation inside and outside that will hopefully make it feel fresh. The breakfast was very good and the service was great.

Although I stayed during renovations, the facility was clean and comfortable

Good sized room. Clean but dated. Property is being renovated. Typical breakfast offerings.
