Marriott's Willow Ridge Lodge

The water pressure was terrible, the thermostat was either on AC or heat, window view was blocked, if the ceiling fan was on medium or hi speed it was going to fall off(Dangerous), Billing for parking is ridiculous. Room was VERY small, little space to put clothes, our door was by the garbage cans. I'm going back to Holiday Inn!!!

The rooms were a good size, convenient to have a kitchen. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Nice grounds and pool.

Had to pay for parking. No place for breakfast. No lattes.

The staff was wonderful to work with.

That our room was cleaned once in a 6 day period. Room was small but I think that was the fault of booking.com Also it was to get shared room.

Our villa unit was nice but it was on the lower level, actually the entrance was in the basement but there was a walk out patio so it was nice. Be aware that if you’re not a vacation club member you won’t get the nicer unit. Other than that the villa we had was nice. The freezer in the refrigerator wasn’t working and they sent someone over right away. Very clean and nice.

pool was closed, charged for parking when the lot was empty, coffepot was broken & maintenance wouldn't listen to me when i told them what was wrong, bed was right next to entrance door so heard all the noise from the hallway, room was not cleaned only fresh towels provided, bathtub was chipped in 2 places, view from room was of a fence. Would NOT stay there ever again!!

Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had everything we needed and would definitely recommend this property.

This is my second time to stay at this resort and definitely recommend this to everyone. Spacious place , rooms are impressive and so much activities and recreation onsite . We definitely stay here again .

Carpet on entry was worn out. Toilet flush system needs adjustment.

We had a wonderful stay at Willow Ridge! The resort is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Every morning we ran into Earl from house keeping, and he was always so happy to see us and tell us “Thank you for choosing to stay at Marriott”! He is a great asset to Willow Ridge. I would recommend this resort to anyone considering a trip to Branson!
