Marriott's Willow Ridge Lodge

The Marriott Willow Ridge is our home when we visit Branson. Location, on property amenities and activities are a plus. Specific rooms are large with a full kitchen and washer/ dryer. This place is phenomenal and the service is top notch. Highly recommend for families. Best indoor pool I’ve seen. The staff is awesome and friendly as well. Exceeded already high expectations

Marriott's Willow Ridge Lodge is not what it use to be. I made reservations several months in advance and requested high rooms. We have stayed there many times and invited our friends from Florida to join us because we thought it was such a nice place. What a disappointment. They gave us the worst rooms in the place. Basement level they call first floor. With a view of A/C units. Our friends got a handicap room with carpet torn down to the tack strip being exposed. Smell of mildew and cigarette smoke. And had to find breaker box in room to get the lights turned on. Our room also in basement smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. A/C not working properly. They did come and spray air freshener which didn't help. And they had someone fix the A/C. We asked to be moved because these rooms are not worth 285.00 with tax and all the fees. The told us we could not be moved they are booked. And owners get first choice. The next day they moved one of us to upper room that had mold on both sides of bathtub and tile . The threshold from carpet area to bathroom had two screws that were hammered sideways and the top stuck up and could cut your feet. We had to put a towel over them so we didn't get cut. All the said when we checked out was so sorry. We will give you a 25.00 resort credit. And some extra points. We stayed 4 nights thinking maybe they would move us to some rooms that are worth that price. Plus they were not about to refund us any thing since they gave us the whopper 25.00 resort credit. This is why I would never buy into these resorts. They are not being maintained. Our friends that joined us have 10 rental properties. Not one of there rentals are in this kind of condition.

Beautiful hotel! So much to do, even a 9 hole disc golf course on property! Great value for the price, activities daily. Staff was very friendly with smiles every morning

Girls Getaway 2025 - Great lodge, condo feel. Very clean, easy check in/out and all the extras, make it special ! Centrally located to everything and the views are AMAZING !!

The room had a nice layout. The hotel location was secluded, but easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment.

We booked the room online, but the room wasn't what we expected from the web photos. The first floor was more like a basement with a damp musty odor.
