"It was nicer than we expected and we plan on staying again."

It was really nice and in a good location. It was very cold when we were there but if your stay is in the summer, there’s lots of places you can walk to.

The only complaint I had was I scraped my foot going from the bathroom to the bedroom. The threshold piece between both rooms was gone and a wire or something was uncovered.

Check in and out was easy. Staff was nice.

Spiders dead all over room. Bed and sofa both extremely hard. Bottom level room, fence obstructed entire view.

There was plenty to do even if we didn’t leave the hotel. The little events they had daily were nice. Staff was awesome and always professional.

The only complaint I have is the beds and pillows were too soft.

We had a full house in our two bedroom apartment this weekend! The grounds were beautiful and so many things to keep the kiddos busy! They were wonderful with our service animal. Our room was clean, quiet, and everything we wanted! We want to give a shout out to some of the staff that really made our time exceptional; Jared, Massimo, and Mark are truly outstanding people!

Can’t believe you asked for 15 dollars for parking at your hotel after I paid to stay there - this was very poor - either higher your price or include in your stay - I will go elsewhere next time
