Marriott's Willow Ridge Lodge

We came in the off season and it was still exceptional. Location is phenomenal. We walked around the resort and played ping pong and shuffle board. The center of the resort will be beautiful when the pools open up. It was quiet and that was a good thing for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay.

Not as quiet in the bedroom because we were on the first floor and the condensers were outside our window. Next time we will ask for second floor or higher.

We booked a last minute long weekend. This resort came with good reviews. It did not disappoint at all. The staff was all very nice and friendly. The unit we stayed in was clean and quite large. There is a lot to see and do onsite. They hosted a lot of activities in the clubhouse. We were unable to attend due to our schedule but the themes looked great. We will be back and will stay again.

I stayed there from Wednesday, Jan 28th, through Tuesday, Feb 3rd. The room I stayed in was very nice; however, the service could have been better. When I got up the first morning, I went to make coffee only to find that the coffee maker wasn't working. I called the front desk and they said they'd put a ticket in for it. A few hours later, I went down to inquire, and they again said they'd put in a ticket. Later that afternoon, I decided I would go buy a coffee maker so I could have my morning coffee. When I checked out, I again mentioned the issue, and the manager didn't really say anything about it. He wrote something down, and that was it. Not even an "I'm so sorry." As far as the room itself, the only thing I would have liked is to have brighter lighting in the kitchen and not so bright lighting in the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable, but the pillows were horrible. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I'd be sure to bring my own pillow and a coffee maker as a backup.

Parking Fee ** Parking Fee I believe one of the only hotels in Branson charging a DAILY parking fee. $15 per night. In the dead of winter. Room was nice and quiet. Hotel is secluded yet near the attractions. Would not stay here again though just on principle. A lot of nice hotels in the area with free parking.

The property is located in the center of town close to downtown Branson and the Strip.

As you are checking out you get a surprise parking charge of $15.00 per day per vehicle that stayed in your room. Unexpectedly an additional $45.00 was charged to park in their parking lot. Left our stay on a sour note. The Manager was not helpful, refused to reverse the parking charge. Will not be back. Lots of places to stay that will not charge a ridiculous parking fee. Ownership needs to eliminate this charge and figure out how to gouge their customers another way. Horrible way to treat your customers!!
