Marriott's Willow Ridge Lodge

Very disappointed we had no balcony!!!!

over all very nice, clean, decently priced. well stocked. Plenty of linens. We only stayed one night in winter so we really didn’t get to use the full resort

They charge 15.00 to park which is absurd to me since you are staying at the facility. Just up the nightly price to include it and it would sit better with the customers.

If you want to be charged $15.00 per day per car parking fee to park on their parking lot then stay at Marriott Willow Ridge. If you want a peeling bath tub and loose bathroom fixtures stay here. Per the Manager Eric this is a new parking policy that was implemented last May. No one mentioned this charge upon check in or when we were given our parking pass at check in. So as we checked out we were completely surprised to receive an extra $45.00 to park our car on the parking lot!!!! Does anyone read the small print on their parking passes? We didn’t. We stayed here in January the off season when they have very few guests. There are a ton of other hotels we could stay at that will not charge to park our cars on their parking lot! This is not Big Cedar Lodge, not even close to be charging amenity fees. We will not be staying here again. Don’t stay at Marriott Willow Ridge!! Very bad choice by ownership to charge these fees and to end our stay on such a sour note!!

It’s very spacious, and beautiful. There are many opportunities for fun activities and multiple pools/hot tubs.

It was hard to figure out where the front of the property was- and how to check it. There are multiple buildings. I didn’t realize our entrance door would be facing an outdoor hallway. There is no breakfast.

Staff was nice, price and location great

You have to pay for parking. The hallway was a little noisy when people were walking through, like it echoed really bad.

There were ants when cooking something to eat during my stay 😬
