Staff was not friendly and they were not willing to help me in a time of need. Definitely not pet friendly like they say, they told me $75 dollars for non refundable pet deposit but I checked my account and I was charged $85

They tried to charge me for parking. I trave often and have never even heard of such a thing. The person at the front desk claimed this is standard at Marriott properties. It certainly is not. And I was not allowed to gain Bonvoy points. The hotel is really nice and clean but these aspects of check in were troublesome and hardly regular for Marriott properties.

"Must stay with kids"

Check in took a bit longer than expected. A girl was training but the other employee cared less to help. Other than that the hotel was clean and up to date. The pool was the highlight of the stay. If you have kids this is a must stay for the pool.
