"Hotel does not provide housekeeping services"

This hotel does not provide housekeeping services. I complained to the desk after the first day of no service, and the agent said the housekeepers were gone for the day (at 3:45 p.m.) and he assured me I would have service provided the next day as well a a phone call back from Kim Sawyer, the general manager. They dropped the ball on both counts and I never received any housekeeping services and the GM decided to avoid the confrontation and did not reach out as I was expecting. After complaining to the front desk the second day, the agent was so rude and dismissive about my complaint and refused to contact the manager about this issue (at 5:30 p.m.). She barely would agree to send fresh towels to my room. I'd avoid this property and choose a full-service hotel that has a customer service mindset. Hyatt and Hilton properties don't usually fall short and would be a better choice. This coming from someone with Gold Marriott, Explorist Hyatt, and Diamond Hilton status.

Pretty sad. We were charged for parking and didn't see that before booking. Room was dirty. Clothes left from the last party that rented room. Bathroom ceiling had spots of mildew because of no ventilation in the room. The window view was of the roof, and no mention of this before booking room. Staff missinformed us of pool hours twice. Also the upstairs renter was extremely loud and paced above us until after midnight. The waterslides were the best feature.
