Thames Inn and Marina

Das Personal hat sich extremst Mühe gegeben wenn etwas nicht geklappt hat. Zudem war die Lage super mit naher Anbindung zu Restaurants

Good location, close to other places we wanted to visit and nice views of the harbor, which was industrial but we still thought that was cool. I also got the impression that the management is trying to improve this property, and it has potential.

Kind of a strange vibe for the cost of the room. Not particularly nice or clean, just okay. Stains on towels and cigarette burns on the sheets although everything appeared clean-ish. Service was fine but not especially prompt or professional. This place is a motel or low-income housing, I don’t really understand the price we were charged for that type of stay.

Location by the water, economical price for the area.

The furniture and room were dated, and the room was laid out weirdly. Also, it seemed to be more like an extended stay motel, and appeared to have a number of permanent residents. I certainly wouldn't consider it a tourist hotel, and would not stay there again if I find myself in the area...

Staff were nice

We had to search for the “24 hr desk” and there wasn’t one. We had to call the number on the app, then have them meet us. Marina wasn’t as advertised, there were people that lived there and it was loud

Bad neighborhood, sketchy people alll around. I think people actually live there as well. No closet, limited lights and had weird yellow bulbs. At night you could barely see in the place. We left to find another place to stay.

Nothing

Dirty inside, actual pile of dirt on the floor. Unemptied trash can and stuff on table from previous tenant. Office was dirty and should have given me a clue. Arrived there and nobody was in the office or answered the phone. Called twice and left messages. After 20 minutes they called back. This seems like a hotel on its last legs. More like a pay by the hour transient hotel
