Exterior is slightly outdated and doesn’t match interior

We had a lovely stay Orla at reception was friendly and professional we were delighted to get an early check-in. Parking could be difficult at busy times but we were lucky to get a space. Room was lovely and walk in shower a bonus bed was comfy and loved view over harbour. Only small thing was it would have been nice to have a fridge for water and meds as it was only one night we managed if longer I would have asked if they had a small fridge. I had a starter and coffee in bar both were very nice. Breakfast was very very good I am not a fan of hot buffet breakfast so lovely to have it cooked to order. A good choice both on menu and cold buffet.

We recently spent 4 nights at Acton’s hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were delicious and the rooms were comfortable and constantly cleaned. I would thoroughly recommend it as an excellent central location to exploring kinsale and surrounding location. Oh and our room at the front had a beautiful view of the harbour .

Fab location, no complaints, but hopefully weather will be better if I travel down again. Plenty to do and see if rain holds off.
