Actons Hotel Kinsale

The the room was clean, well appointed, and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The room was spotless so bright and airy. Toiletries included. Coffee machine and kettle everything you would need

Location was good

Needs updating, leisure complex was poor, sauna and steam rooms not adequate. Dirty tiles and cracked areas in pool.

Gute Lage um Kinsale zu erkunden. Helles und freundliches Zimmer mit Hafenblick. Ausgiebiges Frühstück (Buffet und à la carte). Sehr bequemes Bett und Kissen. Freundliches Personal

Das äußere Erscheinungsbild des Hotels braucht Pflege. Das Dach muss gereinigt werden, die Fassade erneuert und das gläserne Überdach hat auch schon bessere Jahre gesehen. Das Restaurant/Bar ist eher mittelmässig.

I recently stayed at Actons Hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a nice welcome from the girls in reception. Breakfast on both mornings was very nice, with a good selection and everything well prepared. The breakfast staff were very efficient and professional while being very polite and friendly. The only small issue I had was the quality of the pint of Guinness. It was, unfortunately, one of the worst pints I’ve ever been served. Aside from that issue, the hotel itself is lovely—comfortable, well-run, and offering good value for money.
