Receptionist was thorough and very pleasant. Remodeled nicely. Location not very nice

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Although the hotel was in the midst of a renovation, our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Housekeepers are great, room clean, they are very accommodating Front desk very helpful and friendly Come to the area often, wouldnt stay anywhere else

I was in the area on business and stayed here for a single night. The hotel is just off the Mass Pike in a quaint, small town. It is easy to find and there seems to be lots of parking. Check in was smooth and the lady who helped me was friendly and inviting. The property is undergoing a reservation but other than some storage bins and equipment in the parking lot, it wasn't noticeable: they must be nearly finished. I was in a renovated room and it was what you would expect: clean, modern and everything worked. Comfortable bed, large TV with many channels, wifi was solid, bathroom was bright and included a large walk in shower. If I had to find to find a complaint, it is the lack of 120V outlets at the desk. This is a typical, newly renovated Holiday Inn Express in a small town. If you bear that in mind with expectations, you will be happy here.
