Extended Stay America Suites - Billings - West End

There was a fire alarm at 11:30 at night, apparently someone burned food they were cooking in their room. Of course, no one really to evacuate their room, but this was largely handled well and the fire department let us return to our rooms in 45 mins

Everything was good except the fire alarms went off at 11:30 pm. Kind of hard to go back to sleep.

Check in staff could’ve been a little better

I didn't like it all the bathroom was dirty the bed was drink and had bugs in the bed

Noise from traffic and windows locked open, so noisy

My room was not clean. Hallways dirty, elevator floor sticky and dirty. No coffee in the rooms nor in the lobby. Horrible experience.
