Extended Stay America Suites - Billings - West End

Location as we were passing through late at night.

Waiting to get in the lock door. Having to call 600 to get in touch with somebody to let us in. For my first experience at your property, this was not up to my standards. For the price and a poor continental breakfast, unattended welcome area… I probably would not ever choose another Extended Stay America suites. Shower and bathroom needs lots of repairs.

The hotel served its purpose, clean beds, very close to many restaurants. Pet friendly, 🐈.

The breakfast was skimpy.

Room clean, bed very good, but public area and rooms/hallways need upgrading.

Room was decent, except for bathroom light fixture flickering and going dim randomly. Staff were somewhat friendly, but one employee at the desk didn’t want to be bothered when asked for another pillow.

Hôtel très propre,la chambre qui est plutôt un studio avec cuisine est spacieuse. Le personnel est accueillant.Le seul problème a été le bruit de l’autoroute la nuit, insonorisation insuffisante.

Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le tarif est tout au plus une collation sur un bout de comptoir.
