Near the airport, clean room, comfortable bed, easy check in, staff at the reception and at breakfast area was friendly and accomodating.

The property was fine; however I had to call the front desk for ppl next door was playing mystic loud at 2am. It took me a long time to get to sleep and the staff had to come up to knock on their door to get them turn it off.

Breakfast room is very nice, most of the food is good. Annie, who tends to the breakfast, is great and very personable. Bed was very comfortable, room had everything needed. Large walk-in shower. Coffee available in the lobby area is nice to have.

Bathroom- toilet is far too low and there is no safety bar to use. Kind of dangerous. Please fix this. Room I reserved was already gone when we checked in.

My wife and I have stayed here many times but not in about 2 years. Since our last stay the hotel has gone through a renovation that took it to another level. The rooms are much nicer than before and the employees were all very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless, the best of any Holiday Inn Expresses we've stayed in. The only issue we had was it was very cold and windy while we were there and the cold wind was coming through the front entrance making it cold in the lobby/breakfast area. They should install a heated air blast system between the two sets of doors to help eliminate the cold from rushing in every time the doors were opened. The poor desk clerks had to wear coats while working and checking people in and out. And people eating breakfast were also wearing coats to stay warm. Other than that it's a big improvement from our past stays there.
