"Good"

Room was large and clean, breakfast like our previous night at a different Holiday Inn was good.

Despite having made my reservation 7 months in advance and selecting a room with 2 queen beds once I arrived i was told the only room available was a room with a single king bed. I'm not sure how that would occur having made the reservation 7 months in advance.

"Reservations mean nothing"

We booked a room eight months in advance specifically for two queen beds to accommodate four guests. Upon arrival, we were told that no such rooms were available and were instead placed in a king room with a fold-out cot. The cot was uncomfortable and not suitable for my nearly 6-foot-tall sons. What was especially frustrating is that the hotel’s own website lists this room type as sleeping only two guests, yet it was assigned to our family of four. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and did not meet expectations based on our reservation.

Rooms were clean and comfortable…convenience to airport with shuttle service and parking are what led me to it! Lulu was extremely helpful and personable even at 4 AM!

"It was a good experience"

Clean , and easy access

Had 4 people staying and the pull out bed had no sheets and pillows. Went to front desk and they said you had to ask for them . Thought it was a little funny don’t think 4 people could fit in just one bed . Got them no problem but I had to put them on .

"Very professional at the Holiday Inn,"

I had a great time at the Holiday Inn in Buffalo. They were very professional, as a platinum member, We always need to extend our hours and have late check out. Not only did they offer to have a late check out at 1 PM, but they also offered if I needed to stay longer. The people are very friendly and I was strongly. Recommend the Holiday Inn in Buffalo for business and leisure time.
