The food need different options

We enjoyed the a la carte dinning at the Caribbean Restaurant the Jerk Pork was awesome. The breakfast was OK and the cottage was comfortable although the TV was a bit small.

We came down for dinner at the Buffet and the food selection was very limited. It appeared as if we came down a little late as many of the dishes were finished.

First and foremost, the most wonderful, attentive staff. The property is pristine, the beach is beautiful and two pools to choose from. Food options to numerous to mention, with a la carte available if you so choose. The cottages are spacious and a quick jaunt to the ocean. We have personally met the new Management Tram who are 💯 percent engaged with both the clients and employees. Would definitely recommend a stay.

I LOVE This Hotel the layout is ideal not to huge and overwhelming but Grande enough to accommodate at capacity and have new places to discover everyday, THE GROUNDS 😍 Excellently Maintained, fruit bearing trees which you can sample mangoes soursop coconut water….. My Happy Place ✨

Just personally I would Appreciate more Authentic Jamaican Cuisine. (We run tings honestly not saying there should be variety but our plethora of variations should be revised. Honestly I feel you should have a restaurant for homestyle cooking/ upscale Jamaican for us that come home and those that are adventurous my point is your doing good but there’s room for improvements on the selection. I would be happy to discuss further if my opinion is truly valued ❤️

Auf Grund eines neuen Management im Hotel war dieses nicht ausgebucht. Dies war für uns super. Vom Personal und Management waren alle sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren erst in der Anlage sehr weit weg von allem. Am nächsten Tag war eine Änderung des Appartements sofort arrangiert worden.

Das Hotel hat einen neuen Besitzer bekommen. Auf Grund dessen konnten viele Urlauber diese Hotelanlage nicht buchen.

It was a very good experience for me minus the cats. The customer service was real good, however, meals options were limited during snack time. I understand as the occupancy level was low during my visit, however for “snack time” I wasn’t given an option, it was just fish and fries and I do not like fish. For breakfast, there was only orange juice available apart from coffee and tea, again, I am unable to drink orange juice/citrus. Breakfast started at 7:30 and I had to wait until the bar opened shortly after 9 to get a different drink. Apart from the above mentioned, the customer experience was real good as I went for a birthday celebration and I must say, the room was decorated nicely and the dinner table that was reserved was decorated and a card given. Noise level was low, there was good entertainment as they had a movie night and the property was clean. I am pleased and believe I got value for the money spent.
