Generally great visit. Good value. Excellent staff. As Jamaican's we are familiar with other local hotels and can safely say you have some of the most pleasant staff. Stash and her dining room colleagues were very attentive. Welcome to Jamaica Muthu Hotels. Keep up the friendly caring service and you will do well.

Absolutely amazing, all the staff were super friendly and attentive, from first thing in the morning until last thing at night. The huts were comfortable and unique with pleasant air conditioning (definitely needed after an enjoyable sunbathe near the pool or beach) The food was fantastic with varying options throughout our two weeks stay, it was rare to see the same thing twice. We also enjoyed a lovely Italian meal in the upstairs a la carte restaurant, highly recommended! We will definitely be back again!

The hotel is just as shown in the pictures beautiful in regards to occupancy they are doing a transition so that makes the occupied not as expected. The staffs were excellent from the bell man to the house keeping staff. Most of all miss Simone the person responsible for entertainment by the pool side keep up the great job everyone.

It was great experience. The staff was excellent. The dinomg room staff, the bar, the entertainment crew, customer service top tier. I will surely go back.

This place is the best place to be with your family, I will definitely be back as soon as possible....the staff team is awesome....and the food..omg that is succent and delicious...everything taste great

This was one of the best hotel Ive ever bin to hands down. The food was exceptional the entertainment was off the hook I can’t lie I will be back for sure. The staffs are all friendly and caring hats off to them also this was a 5 start experience.
