When we arrived we were literally blown away by the location of our hut/ room . Right on the beach. But unfortunately that was as good as it got - the location. The room was old tired and a little dirty … poor quality in general. The second day there we were given a new beach hut room and this was a little better , again right on the beach a truly beautiful location. But , sadly we would not return here . For two reasons…. Firstly the staff were very unfriendly…. The young guys in the bars would almost scowl as you approached the bar … awful customer service…. The female waitresses were no better until you gave them a tip , then they became a little bit more friendly. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. The food was terrible and I like food from all around the world and usually eat just about anything. But amongst other strange offerings curried fish at breakfast time? No thanks. So we would not return here which is a shame as it is a wonderful location…. They really need to sort themselves out if they are to succeed in the future.

The attitude of the staff

Absolutely amazing time, the ent team were fabulous every single one of them they constantly go above and beyond to ensure your enjoying your holiday they speak to you properly like ur an actual person and you matter it's not just a job to them it's there life so they work hella hard to ensure they doing there best, amoy on reception absolute star, keep being you. Bar staff have a right laugh and no drink is a problem just tell them what ya want and they make it. Do aqua aerobics it's a right giggle. Food is lush no complaints apart from they should keep the food flowing and staff should be aloud to go in and eat and interact with guests atmosphere would be way better. Rooms were lovely and everything yiu could want and need absolutely amazing views,

Good evening just want to say thank you for your assistance with my little get away trip at the royal Decameron club the check in and staff was amazing definitely booking again soon . The best!

We went for our honeymoon and had to wait for 2hrs for a room. The room that we got had lizard poo on it, no towels, how water wasn't working, no mats at the shower as there was only one glass so when showering the water was being spilled in the bathroom. The customer service manager Danielle, upon hearing our plight did not extend an apology as a matter and fact she insinuated that we should have been happy that we got a room in the first place. When we expresses this with the Kitchen staff they were appalled. Shaniel Marshall and her supervisor Charlene or Karlene gave us a bottle.of wine and apologized and encouraged us to return! That was the only time we felt welcomed and this was on the day of check-out.

Entertainment, meeting new people,staff was courteous.distance to dinning was ok.

Internet didn't work, door was difficult to open, phone didn't work,no hand towels, the iron didn't work waited almost a whole day after many queries before I got one. Food was the same every day.not much culture food.
