Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Airport

チェックインで受付の人がフレンドリーだった。隣り町の出身ということで盛り上がった。部屋は広く綺麗。

早朝4時のチェックアウトだったので仕方ないが、キーを返す時に受付が何も言わずに「そこにキー置いといて」と面倒くさそうにしていた。もう少し何とかならんのかな。

Comfortable room, staff very nice, very clean Had to catch an early plane so it’s nice and close to the airport

Everything was fine no complaints

Security sucked. To many vehicles broken into. Need a golf cart so they can move around parking lots.normal

Location was great for the Bee Expo. liked the free shuttle for Airport and to the Expo.

The Kitchen for dinner was horrible. Had a super greasy Quesadilla when I added beef to the item. 2 other times they could not get my order correct. They did not put the aoli on the side for the BLT. and they still put in onions in the other quesadilla I ordered. I sent it back, and they did omit the onions but put the tomatoes on the side.

Very clean hotel. The bar was nice. The beds were comfortable.

A security guard and guest barged into our room while my daughter and I were asleep in the middle of the night. No one knocked, called or attempted to get a hold of us before hand. The security guard shook the handle a few times and then just walked in. The Security guard was carrying something (I believe alcohol) and put it down on the counter and I yelled "you are in the wrong room". He and another man both walked in our room unnannounced and once they realized they were in the wrong room they left. This frightened both of us. Once the men left our room, I tried calling the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I did this for about 5 minutes and then looked up the hotel number on my cell phone to call the front desk. They did answer when I called from my cell phone, but not the room phone. This is very concerning. I asked and they said yes the security guard went to the wrong room. They did not try to call me after this happened to apologize.

It was very nice and clean. The room was spacious.
