Vamar Vallarta All Inclusive Marina and Beach Resort

The staff was very friendly, and super helpful. Food was also good with different themed dinners, and lots of options. If you have a later flight, be prepared to have to pay extra to stay on the resort until your scheduled flight time. This resort has a very quiet night life past the scheduled entertainment that ends at 10:30. If you are looking to party later into the night, this resort isn’t it. Overall as a family of 4, we enjoyed our stay.

The area is great with Beach and Marina access. Food was excellent and better than any 5 start resort I have ever stayed at. Drinks were ok. More drink and wine options would be nice. Hotel did not have Aperol which was disappointing. Front desk staff were not very friendly, but the restaurant and bar staff were great. We had to call front desk for towels in our room a few times as often none were left after our room was cleaned. Overall, a great hotel. Would go back.

I've been coming here for years. Great value and pretty good food.

Location was great. We really enjoyed the marina and beach access. The food and restaurant service was also great. The rooms at the villas had a bad smell due to issues with their pipes. The hotel could not change the issue nor accommodated us differently. And the internet was non existent. So perhaps the hotel should not advertise that they have wifi. The night shows were not of much interest to us.

We stayed at the vamar vallarta in marina vallarta this was my wife and my 36 th year staying at this beautiful hotel we stay there for a month each year around the same time January and February we bring our friends down and introduce them to the all-inclusive experience at the vamar you are treated with open arms welcoming you home they say and they really make u feel like your at home ,the hotel backs onto a beautiful marina and villas across the street with a beach area ,of course with the all-inclusive package you have the use of both facilities and the beautiful pools and the 4 restaurants 2 being alcarte from dealious Italian food at one and the other is at the beach area being a dealious sea food all the drinks u can handle , the buffet restaurant area has a different theme night every night never boring ,u have to experience the vamar to really appreciate it ,staffing from General manager Mr Gustovo will treat u with respect from the moment u arrive The front staff are all great u are continuously greeted no matter what time of day or night .All very pleasant to deal with they are managed by a lovey lady named sonja who will make it right ,Reservations handled by beautiful Brenda who will also make it right ,along with making it right is Mr Rocky Assistant manager ,Head chef Mr Migel will delight you with awesome tasty meals ,bar tenders Huber and Ramon have been there for years they have a great ability to make u what ever u drink along with all the other bar tenders are great also .At the front of the hotel you will find Head bell captin Edwardo will handle from your luggage to getting u a taxi ,I could go on all day about the great staff and Hotel u will find By staying in the vamar vallarta ,trust me when I tell u if this place was not a great place me being Italian I would be telling u not to go there ,we say it as we see it enjoy your stay .My name is pasquale see u there cheers.

we loved location and easy access to area Marina and beach. Loved top shelf liquor served in all locations. Negative Only one spot in facility designated for smokers in parking lot. Some guests do smoke and spend much of their time in parking lot since no other option is aforded. Negative Also we misplaced one plastic key access card and were charged $10 equivalent in pesos to replace. Most hotels don't charge for a plastic key beig lost or replaced.

They took us to an older building smelled like sewer and the towels had stains. They changed us to another room and I woke up to a puddle of water under the toilet

DO NOT BOOK,VISIT, CONSIDER OR EVEN SUGGEST THIS MISERABLE PROPERTY!!! We've never experienced anyplace like this, We sent 19 different concerns about the property the 1st day on site. they wont even provide washcloths without requesting daily. other guests reported seeing cockroaches! this place should be demolished and just start over! feel free to reach out to me if you need additional details. YUK!.... UPDATE: Still no response from the resort. The following is a list of concerns from our stay: 1. Bathroom sink clogged. 2. Hair in bathroom sink. 3. Mold in shower 4. Resort is rundown and dated. 5. No washcloths provided without request. Every day! 6. Didn't receive a king size bed as we confirmed. 7. The offered room was so bad we had to pay an additional $150.?? To try to be comfortable. 8. No room service. 9. Minimal food choices 10. Food service areas are unclean. 11. Pictures of the property are absolutely misleading 12. Minimal room amenities, including shampoo body, wash.Et.Cetera... 13. We're provided two complementary bottles of water over our 7 day stay. Water is available for purchase after 2. At this all inclusive resort. 14. Light fixtures missing bulbs or covers. 15.The ironing board was broken. 16. Although we don't plan to cook... one of the burners on the stove was broken. The others work, but looked unsafe. 17. We asked to speak to the manager however, never any response. 18. The front desk help was rude, cold and unwelcoming. 19. They had to replace our television remote and reprogram our television. 20. They had to replace the batteries in the air conditioning remote. 21. Both full size beds needed replacement. Did I mention this vacation was our official honeymoon and 1st anniversary...?
