The hotel was clean in both the lobby and our room. There staff was kind, checked us in and explained what the hotel had to offer.

No one's fault, I should have asked. It would have been helpful to have known about the "incidental fee" prior to seeing it on my account. They explained it is a standard fee and would be removed in about five days.

I arrived late to check in and at 1:00 in the morning when I was working on papers on my computer the electric went out for no particular reason there was no window storms no nothing and I waited for the backup generator to start and it never did and it got really hot and I couldn't complete my work, when I was checking out I told the hotel clerk what happened and she told me it had nothing to do with them and it they don't have a backup generator and it's not their problem I'll never stay there again.

"Staff is useless and clueless."

Plenty of parking, everything is nice and clean. Large room and mattress.

The front desk did not find our reservation and did NOTHING about it. They offered no alternative, they did not advise if they had available rooms, to call someone, get a Manager, etc...absolutely nothing, I've never seen a front desk that clueless and unhelpful. We ended up paying for another reservation on site...
