Great location, clean room, comfortable beds, and friendly staff! We did not encounter a single problem during our stay. It was even rather quiet for a hotel, so we slept great!

No complaints here, although we didn't actually try the breakfast or any of the amenities to be able to accurately rate them. The room itself was great, as well as the service.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety to choose from. The pool was warm and very enjoyable. I also appreciated the designated area for my dogs—it made traveling with pets much easier. The location was convenient and close to several great shopping areas, which was a big bonus.

The overall front desk experience was disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the service desk to check us in, even though our stay was prepaid. We waited and called out for help for about 7 minutes. Several room-key envelopes with guests’ names— including ours—were sitting out in plain view on the counter. After calling out again with no response, I took our key so we could start unloading our luggage. When we returned, an employee was finally at the desk and told us he had been in the bathroom. I apologized, but he repeated multiple times that I “wasn’t supposed to do that,” even though no staff member had been present to assist us. My husband pointed out that we’ve never stayed at a hotel where personal guest information and keys were left unattended on the counter. Checkout wasn’t any better. The front desk employee was on the phone but not speaking, and she didn’t acknowledge me at all while I waited for around 3 minutes. When I quietly let her know we were checking out, she responded only with “I’m on the phone.” I handed over the keys and asked if anything else was needed; she simply shook her head. Both interactions made it clear that the front desk needs more consistent staffing and better customer service. Staff were frequently unavailable, either in the bathroom or occupied on the phone, leaving guests without basic assistance.
