"Don't Pass Up Staying Here"

The facility & staff were exceptional. Every inch was so clean. My daughter & I would love to know the brand and scent of the air freshener. Room was well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, well stocked and delicious. We will be return customers when women's college basketball bring us back to the area. Thank you So Much for making our stay amazing.

Do not have 1 complaint or suggestion. Everything was perfect!

The beds were wonderful, the whole place was really clean and well kept.

I really have no complaints! We came up on Thursday night because my grandson was having surgery early Friday morning at KC Children's Dental. We live 2 1/2 hours away. When I booked our stay, I had asked if there was any kind of discount because we would not be eating the breakfast. I was told I would get a discount when I paid at the facility. The lady at the front desk told me it was not possible. It's not earth shattering, but would have been nice.

We were in Room 215 with 60-70 rooms in hotel we had people above us stomping around and Homemoon noises above us 1-3 am. Could you not space people so we are not direct above and below others.

Female desk, breakfast and room maids were very pleasant. Not so with the male desk clerk. Had trouble understanding him and though polite, was not friendly.
