Stayed for the race weekend at the speedway. Convenient location to the track, shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room and a good breakfast.

When we arrived and checked in we were given a room, and we had a little difficulty getting in with the key card but we got in. About a hour later another quest tried to get into out room and was able to open the door, luckily we had the door stop lock in place. We go down to the quest services desk and asked what was going on, the clerk explained we were in the wrong room and had to move to another room. We did this but... why couldn't we have just stayed in the first room they gave us and the other quest take the other room?

Great hotel, near Children's Mercy Park (I went there for a Sporting KC match).

The property was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fine.

Front desk check in gentleman seemed busy and didn't say much at all. The hotel had a what smelt like a very nice clean smell at first but later seemed over bearing with air freshener of some sort. The side of the bed was broke down really to where it caused the bed to be uncomfortable. The pillows had huge thickness to wear it made it uncomfortable. The very best thing was breakfast in the morning it was delicious and seemed very clean in the dining room.
