Loved the location and the naturalness.

The bugs....the patios should be screened.

Everything and the views are exquisite.

Having a mix-up regarding the time for the drive to the airport. 4 pm was mistaken for 4 am.

The gardens were wonderful and the hummingbirds were beautiful/ Food was great.

The view!!!!!! The many nooks for relaxation. The infinity pool. It would have been better if it were heated or there were a jacuzzi on the cool nights

The staff was uninformative, uninterested, discoutreous and very poorly if at all trained. The road to get to the property is treacherous and so once we got there wete not inclined to leave so we felt trapped in a beautiful place with not much to do

Thé location is stunning and the studio was comfortable the spa could be better and packages overpriced according to price list. I didn’t use the spa as prices were better in uk so did my treatments before. The pastries for breakfast was disappointing & the fruit I expected a nice fruit platter with fruit from the property, the curry goat could have more flavour and be more tender, food slightly over priced compared to other places. Apart from that a beautiful experience and I would go again but the sockets in the studio could be upgraded as seemed very old and plugs or adapters were falling out. The neighbours dogs are a bit agressive to passers by if you go for a walk you have to pass thèse agressive dogs which made me fall and graze my knee. Luckily I had my first aid bag. Other than that it’s truly beautiful spot.

Beautiful location however, maintenance and upkeep needs to be addressed Lovely staff , but comparing to five star resorts and previous visits. General upkeep needs to be addressed. 

Some features need to be refurbished like for instants the pool next to the sauna the sauna door that’s a small items with some effort, but it makes such a difference. What is a beautiful location obviously the road leading up from the main road needs to be repaired.

beautiful location and grounds, incredible views and cooling atmosphere. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the room was spotless and well thought out with extra touches like local coffee and a cafetière and umbrellas in case of rain. good continental breakfast with delicious warm cakes, fresh juice and choice of eggs.

few small maintenance issues (the light outside our room wasn’t working and also one out on the stairs down to our room). some mosquito repellant spray would have been useful for the room. the dinner in the restaurant was ok but some dishes were over cooked and dry (the fish). it is also quite cool at night due to altitude and as all eating is outside on the terrace a few blankets would have been a nice touch. in addition as I wasn’t drinking alcohol there was quite a limited selection available
