"Nice hotel with fantastic customer service "

First off, the hotel was the only thing nice about the area. Booked a nonsmoking room, and it smelled like an ashtray. For the inconvenience they upgraded us to a better room that was great. Fantastic customer service. Breakfast was pretty good. They have to fix the hot water dispenser though. It takes about 5 minutes to fill a cup of hot water for tea. All in all, if I ever have to go to this area again, I’ll stay here.

We were "one nighters", but our stay was more than pleasant. Check in easy and quick, room clean and comfortable (shower excellent), breakfast great. Had a chance to chat with the staff and learn a little about the history of the house and Anniston. Made the stay even more pleasant. Thanks.

Great historic hotel, beautiful mansion, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Great place to stay. Will stay again if I’m in Anniston. We were riding the Chief Ladiga trail and the parking lot is gated so perfect for leaving our bikes on the trailer.

"Very Beautiful with a bit of noise"

Excellent breakfast. Beautiful interiors and architecture. Emergency services was nearby. Several sirens in the night. The wall furnace made a tap-tap noise interrupting sleep.

The hotel was beautiful and our suite was very comfortable! The breakfast had a lot of different food and it was all delicious! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Our suite was in an area that was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is well-maintained, but is showing a bit of age. The coffee maker in room had no top and was dirty. Overall, I had no major complaints. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice.
