"Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, repairs neede"

4.0

The room was quiet and the hotel in a good location, but we were disappointed at the smoke smell in our non-smoking room. There were tiles missing on the floor in the bathroom and the fridge/microwave were very old, otherwise we were able to get a good nights sleep.

"Just looking for place to sleep. Traveling thru."

6.0

We reserved a room with a king bed and when we checked in and got to the room it was a double bed. We called the desk and they apologized and put us in a room with a king bed. The clerk was very nice. The room was not very clean. Both my husband and I walked around the room bare foot and when we both showered our feet were filthy from the carpet. The room also smelled musty. Would not stay here again.

"Not a Safe Feeling"

2.0

My wife & daughter stayed here in connection with a recent sports tournament in Carrollton. They did not feel totally safe at the hotel and my wife said it felt like a hotel from "Breaking Bad." I would not recommend this hotel to families -

"Good hotel for the price"

10.0

Stayed there a few days, it was a freezzee at night and heater in the room worked with a soft heat, which is unusual for window units, that gives you a super dry heat. So that was a bonus for this hotel in winter time.

"Business trip"

6.0

First this place needs alot of TLC! Went thru a few rooms because locks or keys didn't work. One room door didn't close properly so there was a gap o atleast 1 inch opening just right for evening bugs. Table was rickity and could not take any movement to it. No remote. Beds were too soft. Asked for king got two doubles. Breakfast was a joke but dunkin dounuts was right there to walk to. Would go elseware next time if same price.

"Overnight in Carrollton for quilt class"

8.0

I stayed one night, because it was better than driving back to Atlanta (62 miles) after a lecture, with an all-day class the next day. It worked for me - mainly because it was really inexpensive. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean (except I saw one roach scuttling, next morning), good bed, good pillows. Plenty of towels, thin though they were. TV reception not good - may have been temporary. I appreciated being able to book online, and to check in conveniently before I drove to the quilt museum. Breakfast was continently, heavy on calories, but adequate, juice, hot water for instant oatmeal, waffles to pop in toaster, Danish. It was conveniently located, and easy to find, and parking was free and readily available.

"Good"

2.0

We only stayed here because it was pet friendly and close to our destination. Room smelled of smoke even though it was a "non smoking" room. Air conditioning was not working, however staff quickly addressed the problem. Outlets in bathroom did not work. Guess you get what you pay for.

"Not worth the cheap price"

2.0

In this case, "you get what you pay for" is true. The first room we were given was filthy. There were tortilla chip crumbs in the air vent, the bathtub floor was peeled completely off and there were unidentifiable stains on the bed skirt. The walls were peeling and had holes in them as did the curtains. We ended up with another room that was at least cleaner. Well never stay there ever.
