i liked the location it was near the beach, the staff was super nice and they had lots of parking

i didn't like a whole host of things for example the room was dirty, the towels were stained, the bathroom had mold and worms. the breakfast included was cold toast and they only let you in once, the toast i recieved had a piece of cloth in it it was just terrible.

I booked a room at Silvery Spray but when I went to check in (and note that check in is two blocks down the street) they told me they had rooms available in another of their properties on the beach. So I ended up staying at the Neptune not Silver Spray. Silver Spray is on a loud, busy road and I was happy to have an alternative. However, both places use AC window units, which I had forgotten how loud they were. And nowhere to hang your towels/bathing suit. Glad I only had one night to spend there.

Better situated electrical outlets; a place to hang towels.

De kamer (2120) was rustig gelegen, het bed en de matras waren goed.

De dame bij de check-in doet haar werk duidelijk niet graag en dat laat ze je merken. De volgende morgen bij check-out was er een andere dame die veel vriendelijker en behulpzamer was. De taxi zette me af op het adres dat mij was doorgegeven, maar het kantoor is een eind verderop. Niet zo evident om als wat ouder persoon met je bagage dat eind over de stoep te lopen. Gelukkig bood een andere gast aan om me te helpen. In het kantoortje is het zowat op ieder moment aanschuiven, en om naar je kamer te raken moet je dan weer zélf nog een eind op stoep of straat stappen en sleuren met je bagage.
