"Good"

Condition of the room and hotel is in terrible need of maintenance, upkeep and repairs. The entry door did not completely seal with daylight showing all around door frame. The deadbolt did work, so felt safe. The face of the room is in desparate need of a facelift. Broken floor and shower tiles in bedroom and bathroom, bedlamps loose, toilet paper holder broken, nail holes filled and paint job needed. We did, however, sleep well and the room was "clean" and Staff were nice.

"pathetic"

my room was right ON North Pcean and extremely noisy - plus the one-hour breakfast window is WEAK. this is probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and I’ll do my best to spread the word

Nice place to stay for a few days. Studio room works well for a couple. Would recommend expanding check in building/staffing for check in and offering healthier options for breakfast, it was mostly bread and cereal.

Basic, clean hotel, staff were nice and easy to deal with. Refrigerator in room and 2 blocks from the beach boardwalk. Good value, we would stay here again.

"Great location"

Great location the room is near the walk and has everything you need.

The training gentleman at check in was great and the check out, but the lady's have poor customer service skills they talk rude to your customers like if we owed them something and always answer like we're taking there time away.
