The location is excellent - very close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We had a great night’s sleep. The free breakfast had a variety of choices (various breads/bagels, hard boiled eggs, cheese, peanut butter, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries). We had a small problem with getting the local TV channels, and although it was almost 11pm, Adrian cheerfully fixed the issue. Such great service!!

Parking was a bit of a challenge (this is throughout the beach area of Hollywood, not just this motel), but the hotel has its own parking spots which can be used by any of their guests who pay for parking so we found a spot each night.

WE ACTUALLY UPGRADED WHEN WE GOT THERE. MANY PROPERTIES ARE RAN BY HOLLYWOOD BEACH HOTELS, ALWAYS TREATED WONDERFUL THERE.

Way overpriced. Not clean, breakfast was hilariously awful and extremely unsanitary

location was great

i didn't like the trafic noice......and on the website they are showing a pool i thought my building that i was staying has a pool but NO Something that i didn't know is Hollywood Beach Resort owne 20 different small hotel building with one Office to register So this complexe on 4 different street has 4 pools that we can have access too BUT the office doesn't tell us that And some of the receptionists are not very helpfull........they need to give more information about the resort. On the walkboard by the Beach at hotel Neptune the sitting Area there is for everybody at the Hollywood Beach resort.......they don't tell us that either.

We had a smooth check in and the room was ready an hour early so they let us have the room early. It was very clean and Donna runs a great breakfast!

I have used this group several times without any problems over the past 5 years, this time they charged me an extra fee of $35 to be able to stay between 11am and 4pm when I added an extra day to my stay. I have never seen this in any hotel before.
