Très bien situé. Personnel accueillant.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We chose not to have breakfast so I can't evaluate that- but I appreciated the offer of fresh milk for our fridge. It was nice to be close to the pedestrian street - Sauchiehall- for shopping, the train and bus station within a few blocks, and Buchanan St.

The Howling Wolf pub next door! Loud music and banging doors woke us at 3am on a Wednesday night, just below our window. We complained to the hotel staff and were told the pub was supposed to be quieter at 10pm. I presume the staff called the pub because the next night was fine. Ask for a room on the Bath Street side rather than over the pub back door.

Excellent location and excellent staff. Our room was very noisy until about 2 a.m. every morning. Our room was 202. Perhaps a higher floor would have been quieter. Would also like a few more hooks to hang wet towels on.

We would have liked the option of an in house bar or even a mini bar in the room.

La chambre est très spacieuse et très agréable au calme et le personnel est très avenant et concernant le petit déjeuner il est excellent il y a beaucoup de choix et très bien préparé je recommande fortement cette hôtel
