Apex City of Glasgow Hotel

I was moved to a duplex room on the top floor, it has a comfy bed and a good shower

The room shows its age and needs some TLC in several places The room is on two floors and a green light over the stairs illuminates it at night. However I prefer a dark bedroom and this light is quite intrusive. The view from the window across the Glasgow skyline is lovely but the sofa faces the TV instead. The wardrobes are also small; the downstairs wardrobe is recessed under the stairs and gave me a few head bumps!

Our room was comfortable with all we needed along with a great city view (room #708). We opted for the continental breakfast which provided many tasty options. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a small problem with running toilet which got fixed very quickly without any inconvenience to us. The location was good and within walking distance of many restaurants etc.

Ok, but nothing special..except from a very kind welcome. The rooms are ok/nice, but the carpets looks old. Nice bathrooms, nice shamoo/soap. The hotel has a no plastik theme, that means there is no bag in the bins, ect un the bathrooms, witch I find disgusting.. The breakfast is ok, and you can choose from a mey card , what you want of hot plates.. You can use the lifts without any use of key card, that means anyone can come to your door..
