Modern, well kept property. Owners were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended this property.

Handy location, comfortable room, pool, undercover parking and friendly hosts made this a great place to stay.

My stay was very horrible! I would not advise any Families to booke this apartment because it was very dirty, dust everywhere and smelling! My son couldn’t even spend a night here because he would have an asthma attack! After I spend a night I end up having an hayfever! Can you imagine who have hay fever on summer time! Also, the lady that call herself the manager for the property, she was very rude and racist towards Africans and it was not welcoming at all! Overall the property was false advertisement on the website! I warned you don’t take your Families to this!

Very friendly staff and the location was perfect. Got to watch the fireworks from our balcony.

The coffee cups were beyond filthy,The back sliding door was broken which hurt my hand and fingers on 2 occasions due to it having rusty screws hanging out and the rollers on the door were so old . The mattress was terrible and we slept with springs digging into us all night. For $220 we are not happy,We did receive a text of the manager to say these things had been fixed but a bit late as we had already stayed there and had to endure the broken & dirty items in the unit

we needed a grill press toaster and the manager was kind to arrange it straight away. Also we had a late chechout ad we had two toddlers , the manager again was absolutely accommodating. THANKS GUYS !

Close to the Broadbeach South tram station, pacific fair shopping centre and restaurants. Clean rooms, quick check in and check out and the staff are lovely.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating to our needs. Everything was a bit old like the bathrooms, kitchen and utensils, and the pool. The spa was always cold. But for the price we paid it was a great stay. Thank you

Great location close to everything would be good if there were small table and chairs on the front of the unit as it also had a good view

Location was good - close to convention centre. Hubby and son enjoyed the pool. The listing specified king bed but was in reality the same size as a queen and when asking at reception was told that it was industry standard to call it a king if it was the same as two king singles together. Washing machine in room was out of order. Nice decor and good basic accommodation otherwise.
